At Pawllywoof, our salon rules are designed to maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment for pets, clients, and our grooming team. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following policies.
Our groomers reserve the right to pause, modify, or discontinue a grooming service at any time if a pet’s health, behavior, or safety becomes a concern. The well-being of the pet always takes priority.
Pets should be picked up within 30 minutes of service completion.
Late pick-ups may result in a holding fee of $20 for every 30-minute period, or portion thereof, to account for additional care and supervision.
Pets that require extra time due to behavior, coat condition, or grooming complexity may incur additional charges to reflect the time and care required to complete the service safely.
Severely matted or poorly maintained coats may require additional brushing, dematting, or humane shave-downs to prevent discomfort or injury. A Poor Coat Condition Fee may apply based on pet size and the severity of matting.
Pawllywoof will not perform grooming procedures that may cause pain or compromise a pet’s health.
Pets arriving late to their scheduled appointment may be turned away, and the appointment may be shortened or cancelled based on availability and salon scheduling.
For safety reasons, pets that are pregnant or nursing are not accepted for grooming services.
Pet owners must remain reachable by phone at all times during the grooming appointment in case of an emergency or immediate decision regarding their pet’s care.
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a no-show or late arrival fee, and in some cases, termination of the client–business relationship with Pawllywoof, at management’s discretion.
The following fees and policies are effective immediately:
While we understand that emergencies may occur, each situation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis when determining whether a no-show fee applies. However, clients with repeated no-shows or late arrivals may no longer be accepted for future appointments.
We appreciate your understanding and respect for our groomers’ time, as missed or delayed appointments directly impact our team and other clients.
At Pawllywoof, we are committed to providing high-quality grooming services and ensuring every pet is treated with care and professionalism. Our groomers will make every reasonable effort to meet client expectations during the appointment.
If you have any concerns regarding the service, please notify our staff before leaving the salon so that we may address the issue at that time, where possible.
Due to the nature of grooming services, all services are considered final once completed, and refunds are not offeredafter the appointment has concluded. Grooming outcomes may vary based on factors such as the pet’s coat condition, behavior, health, and tolerance to the grooming process.
Pawllywoof reserves the right to determine whether adjustments or solutions are appropriate, based on professional judgment and the pet’s well-being.
We appreciate your understanding and trust in our team.
