Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a no-show or late arrival fee, and in some cases, termination of the client–business relationship with Pawllywoof, at management’s discretion.

The following fees and policies are effective immediately:

• No-Shows (Existing Clients): $50 fee and/or termination of the client relationship
• Late Arrival (15–30 minutes): $25 late fee
• Late Arrival (30+ minutes): $50 fee and cancellation of the appointment
• No-Shows (New Clients): Immediate termination of the client relationship

While we understand that emergencies may occur, each situation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis when determining whether a no-show fee applies. However, clients with repeated no-shows or late arrivals may no longer be accepted for future appointments.

We appreciate your understanding and respect for our groomers’ time, as missed or delayed appointments directly impact our team and other clients.
