💰 $36.00/hour | Full-time, Permanent

Pawllywoof Pet Spa is a growing professional pet grooming company with two locations in Ottawa. We are currently seeking an experienced Dog Grooming Salon Manager to oversee daily operations, lead grooming staff, and ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily salon operations across both locations
• Supervise and support grooming staff
• Maintain service quality, hygiene, and safety standards
• Schedule staff and appointments efficiently
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of grooming experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Solid knowledge of grooming techniques and animal handling
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
